How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email). We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and will be returned to the original payment method.

After 30 Days

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis after the 30-day window. If you've experienced a technical issue that we couldn't resolve, we'll do our best to make it right. Reach out at [email protected] and we'll work something out.
